Your Mission – Make an impact

• Problem solver: You are responsible for solving technical challenges directly at our customers' premises. Whether flying platforms, vehicles or ground stations - you take responsibility on site and find pragmatic solutions, even in dynamic situations with changing conditions.
• Software integration: You configure, install and integrate our software solutions on our customers' platforms (e.g. helicopters, wheeled vehicles, ground stations). You will ensure that subsystems such as sensors, avionics, navigation systems or tactical radio and communication solutions are seamlessly integrated.
• Operational support on site: Whether during demonstrations, exercises or everyday operations - you ensure that our solutions work perfectly on site and offer our users real added value.
• Technical support: You are the contact person for technical questions and accompany our customers during onboarding. You help them to expand their capabilities with our software and integrate it into other systems and platforms.
• Technology analysis and consulting: You analyze the technical requirements of customer systems and develop concrete solution concepts from this, which you present professionally and confidently. You will advise our customers on the selection and integration of suitable hardware and software options.
• Team Collaboration:  You will work closely with our product, engineering and DevOps teams to contribute your knowledge and insight into customer systems. This will help you to create a scalable, innovative product.

Your Skills – What makes you stand out

• You have a technical education or a technical degree and practical experience in robotics, network technology, software development or aeronautical engineering.
• You have experience in working with Linux, container technologies (e.g. Docker, Podman, Kubernetes) and programming (C++ or Python).
• Are you enthusiastic about aviation, defense or drone technology and do you also apply your passion for tinkering with smart solutions in everyday life? Great, we're looking for you!
• You are flexible and enjoy traveling nationally and internationally, even for assignments lasting several weeks, and communicate clearly, precisely and at eye level with your target group in German and English.
• You combine a professional and open demeanor with independence, creative problem-solving approaches and a “get things done” mentality that helps you to master challenges dynamically and effectively without letting perfectionism slow you down.
• You have a class B driver's license.
• A relevant background in the armed forces or law enforcement agencies is a strong plus.
